All items are custom made and usually ship within 10-14 business days. We ship by ground service only. We will send you an email or notify you by phone when your product is shipped. If for some reason you need your item within a certain time frame, please contact us and we will try to make special arrangements to assure your delivery will be on time. In order to provide you with an estimated shipping cost we will need your zip code and pieces to be shipped for estimated weight.

We will then give you an item return number and all other return information necessary. No items will be accepted without a return authorization number.
